There is a 10% cancellation fee on all seminar, mentorship and trading lab cancellation requests. This 10% fee will be deducted from your credit to cover all administrative costs. However, once you are in possession of a seminar manual, the purchase is nonrefundable. In addition, no refunds will be given after eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase. We also suggest that you do not purchase restricted or nonrefundable tickets for travel or hotel accommodations. Pristine assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should a program sell out or in the unlikely event that a program is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.
