Pristine Portfolio Manager is a unique organizational trade tracking and statistical data base tool as well as a decision-support tool assiting traders to determine risk/reward and capital exposure parameters. Designed for ease of use, this program evaluates your trades and results, evaluates risk and develops a statistical data base that will provide important performance results. The program uses a TAB layout for fast and easy access to all screens.

Watch List Screen: Allows the user to enter entry, stop and target values for potential trade opportunities along with specific trade criteria including trade type, Time Of Day, source, sector and time frame. The program then calculates the share size and risk/reward ratios as well as displays the risk and capital exposure for each trade opportunity. Once the trade opportunity becomes an open position, the trade data can be transferred to the Positions screen while entering the actual entry price and number of shares traded without re-entering all of the data.

Positions Screen: Allows the user to enter and evaluate open trades. These trades can be entered directly into the Positions screen or transferred from the Watch List screen. Within the Positions screen the user can Add/Edit, Delete, Update a Stop or View the chart for a selected symbol. All of the screen data can be exported into Excel in the same format. The Global Totals bar at the bottom of the screen will assist in money management by displaying the number of open positions, the total risk amount and the total capital exposure.

History Screen: Allows the user to view all of the linked open/closed trades. Within the History screen the user can Delete or View the Chart for a selected symbol, View All the details of the complete database and Export the entire database to Excel.

Reports Screen: Allows the user to generate a performance report that uses the Batting average and Win/Loss size ratio. From the Report screen the user can select a Scratch amount, a Date Range and either a Summary report or a Filtered report. These reports generate a breakdown of the Batting Average and Win/Loss Size ratio for the following trade criteria: Time Frames, TOD, Long/Short, Trade Types, Source and Sectors. The user can also print or export the specific report to Excel. The Filtered report allows the user to select multiple criteria for a customized view of their trade performance. These reports are extremely robust yet easy to generate and use.

Settings Screens: Allows the user to customize the trade criteria selections as well as the risk type and amount, capital exposure limits, commissions and shares rounding. The settings feature allows the program to be configured for most any type of trading style and level of experience. Multiple accounts can be setup for different types of trading styles and easily selected and opened from the main title bar of the program. Any of these settings can be edited or new settings added making the program flexible and versatile. You can use any acronym to identify the types of trades you take including all Pristine styles of trading.

Trade Rules Screen: Allows the user to conveniently load their trading plan rules or ideas for easy and fast reference. Text can be edited directly within the screen or reloaded from a word processor. Fast and easy access to your trading plan will help with consistent execution of that plan.

Browser Screen: Allows the user to conveniently access a web browser as well as view the help file. There are preloaded websites for fast access as well as the ability to retrieve any typed in address. If you use one of the Pristine real time trading rooms or any of the Pristine services such as the Pristine Core Trader, Pristine Lite or the Pristine Swing Trader, they can all be accessed right from this browser.

Graph Screen: Allows the user to visually view the total counts of Major Trade Types and Time Frames from the Watch List, Positions and History screens. These graphs can display long and short biases along with the relative total counts.
